● Only if you have received a wrong or damaged product.
● Exchange will be available ONLY IF unboxing video will be shared with us.
● Customised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
● Shipping charges will be applicable on COD.
● Free shipping will be applicable for prepaid orders.
● No exchange policy will be applied in case of COD orders. Exchange is available on prepaid orders.

Free shipping in India for Hand Painted products.

International Shipping
1. Shipping fee based on parcel weight, charged per 500g.
2. Import duties and taxes are not included and vary by country.

Exchange & Returns
Customer satisfaction is important, and exchanges are offered under certain conditions.

1. Non-eligible exchanges: Size issues, sale/discount items, customized/bulk orders, international orders.
2. Handcrafted items may have slight variations; small defects do not qualify for exchange.
3. Color differences due to screen settings are not eligible for exchange.

Delivery Timelines
India: Hand painted items dispatch in 2-3 weeks; other designs in 8-10 days.
International: Hand painted items dispatch in 3-4 weeks; other designs in 1 week.

We request you to properly check the package and make a video while receiving the package and unboxing the shipment so that in case of any issues related to parcel damages, missing items, etc., we can use the video recording as proof to settle the disputes.

Unforeseen Delays
1. Possible due to strikes, weather, natural disasters, etc.
2. Weekends and public holidays are non-working days.

Order Cancellation
1. ADKR can cancel orders due to listing errors, product availability, or payment issues.
2. Customers will be informed of cancellations.

Return Policy
1. No refunds, only size exchanges if conditions are met.
2. Report damaged parcels immediately with a video to our email.
